Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to services and goods purchased from phexoria.com in Ukraine.

Cancellation Ladder

You may cancel before the service starts. Fees depend on notice:

• More than 48 hours: full refund, no fee.
• 24–48 hours: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours: no refund, but one free reschedule.

For goods, you have 14 days to return items of proper quality (some exceptions apply) under Art. 15 of the Consumer Protection Law.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You must provide proof of purchase and comply with the cancellation terms.

Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days. Bank processing may add time.

Fees

No hidden fees. Cancellation fees are as stated. Transaction fees may be deducted if the payment processor does not refund them.
