Terms of Service
These terms govern the booking and provision of coach tour services by phexoria.com (LLC).
1. Operator Identification
phexoria.com, LLC, 5B Khreshchatyk Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. EDRPOU: 48763811. Email: contact@phexoria.com. Phone: +380 963 769 9275. Managing Director: David Roth. We are a tour operator registered under the Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995 'On Tourism'.
2. Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Full payment is due before departure. Prices include services as described. We provide information pursuant to the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 'On Consumer Protection', Art. 15, and the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 'On Electronic Commerce', Art. 7.
3. Traveller Obligations
Travellers must provide accurate personal data. We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 'On Personal Data Protection', Art. 6. Travellers must comply with local laws and tour rules.
4. Liability
We are liable for the proper performance of the tour. Liability is limited as permitted by law. We are not liable for force majeure. Electronic communications are governed by the Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX of 16.12.2020 'On Electronic Communications'.
5. Advertising
All advertising is identifiable and complies with the Law of Ukraine No. 3137-IX of 30.05.2023 'On Advertising'.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved in Ukrainian courts.
